Diamond abrasive sharpeners are fast, durable, and removes lots of metal. They are excellent for use on very hard tools or stainless steel.
Diamonds can be used without a lubricant, but we recommend using water or Smith’s Premium Honing Solution for best results.
All of Smith’s interrupted surface Diamond Sharpening Stones offer a “Micro Tool Sharpening Pad™.”
This is an area on each stone that has a solid surface of diamond coating for sharpening small tools and instruments..
