Do you do Phone Orders?

Yes, but priority is given to orders that are made online. Phone orders are only processed when all web orders have been processed, so it is possible to miss out on items that may be in short supply, if someone does a web order for product that you order by phone order. Phone orders are also charged the actual cost of the freight, which may be substantially higher than web-order freight. Whereas orders done online are only charged a flat $5. (for New Zealand Orders)
