Yes. We send about 5 rods per day, every day of the year. We package them very well. In 4 years (to 2008) we have had 4 rods (2 in one package) broken by couriers. 2 rods were not signed for, so were promptly replaced by us. In the other case of 2 rods in one parcel, the customer's receptionist signed for the goods even though packaging was damaged, so therefore we were not able to put in a claim. If you sign, then you must take it up with courier company yourself as the receiver of the goods. CHECK YOUR PARCEL PRIOR TO SIGNING!
