When you sign the docket, you are not only saying that you received them - BUT SAYING THAT YOU RECEIVED THEM IN GOOD ORDER, which takes away our right to claim on your behalf. If you don't sign, then we just replace the goods and then we place a claim with the courier company to be safe ONLY SIGN WHEN YOU ARE HAPPY THAT GOODS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION!
